FITNESS & HEALTH

If you’re looking to lose weight, improve posture, get a strong core, build muscles, or just feel great, this option is for you! Your personal trainer will meet with you and develop a program that will meet and exceed your needs. We spend a minimum of three sessions with you to get you going on a safe and effective program. The fitness & health option includes:

  • individualized training program

  • lifestyle and nutrition coaching

STRONG 4 SPORT

Like the Fitness & Health option, Strong 4 Sport is designed to help you meet your goals. If you’re preparing for a first-time event (like running a half-marathon) or want to get stronger for your particular sport (tennis, soccer, hockey), we’ll create a plan that you can fit into your busy schedule. A great option for young athletes and weekend warriors! This option includes:

  • posture assessment
  • structure and strength assessment
  • periodized training program
  • personal training sessions
  • ongoing support

YOGA & RELAX

Why not spend some time learning to let go? Your instructor will help you reach better body awareness, control, and focus with individual yoga lessons. Each session is made for you; whether you want to improve your form or just learn something new, Yoga & Relax is an excellent way to take care of yourself. Your Yoga & Relax program is tailored to you; below are some possibilities for your sessions:

  • asana (posture) and alignment work
  • learning new asanas (postures)
  • learning to breathe more fully
  • meditation techniques
  • vinyasa (postures in movement)
