CORE CONDITIONING!

You will come out of here loving your new-found strength like never before. We’ll work your body from the inside-out. This class is designed for beginners, but don’t be fooled - even experienced exercisers will receive benefit - and challenge from this class. Come prepared with an exercise mat (yoga mat is fine), a towel, and a big bottle of water!

FOR THE LOVE OF TRX®!

What on earth is TRX®, you say? It is a simple yet ingenious suspension system that challenges exercisers (and muscles) at any level. This class is fun, safe, and most of all, challenging. A few times a week of this and your body will transform itself many times over!  Taught by our TRX®-certified instructor.

SPORT-PREP

If you’ve got some friends, a goal, and a sport you’d like to prepare for, we’ll design your class!  Both small (3 +) and large (8+) class formats are available.  Please contact us for more details.

STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH

This class combines gentle warmup exercises with a full-body stretching routine. Be prepared to come out of this class nice and relaxed (maybe ready for bed). Great for those that sit at a desk all day!

YOGA

Hatha yoga taught here. We teach gentle and vigorous, beginning and advanced classes, with an emphasis on breathing and proper alignment. We provide hatha and vinyasa-style yoga in either group or private formats. Our schedule for group classes varies; we will be adding a more detailed schedule for those who wish to join our ongoing courses!

Hatha I & II - Our hatha yoga class is designed for beginners and intermediates who wish to develop a greater flexibility, strength, and concentration in a more slow, relaxed environment. This class focuses on both postures and breath, linking the two in meditation. Both beginners and advanced students will benefit from this class. This course is open to all abilities.

Vinyasa I & II - For those beginners and intermediates wanting a more athletic experience (having basic mastery of beginning asana), this class focuses on linked movements.
